Politics and current affairs

A British overseas territory with a House of Assembly of 36 members. There is a naval base on the island of Saint George.

Geography.
Bermuda is an archipelago in the North Atlantic Ocean, about 1000 km south-east of Cape Hatteras (USA). It comprises about 360 coral islands of varying sizes, some twenty of which are inhabited. The largest is Main Island (39 km²).
